About the Crop Circle Year Book 2000:
THE CROP CIRCLE YEAR BOOK 2000, was the second edition in a series of year books by Steve Alexander (photographer) and Karen Alexander (writer) portraying the beautiful and mysterious crop circle phenomenon within the UK. This popular series of full colour, fine-art-reproduction books were privately published in limited numbers and early editions have become highly collectable and sought after. This classic edition is one of the rarest editions and copies don’t come up for sale very often.
The Crop Circle Year Book 2000 opens with a wonderful forward by the great antiquarian and geometer John Michell, accompanied by one of his famous watercolour paintings. The book also contains a short piece about the Picked Hill ‘Pi’ formation by researcher and geometer Michael Glickman. The rest of the book is filled with beautiful photography from the 2000 season, with images taken from the air and from the ground. It is a wonderful piece of crop circle history, nostalgia and memorabilia.
