East Kennett, Wiltshire

Another crop circle to appear in Wiltshire, this time at East Kennet, not too far from West Kennett Longbarrow. A simple circle is accompanied by a smaller partial circle, not a semicircle, or a crescent moon, but a circle with a convex line cutting part of it away. Are these phases of moon as some have suggested? There is a very fine swirl in the larger of the two circles, that you can see in the pictures below. This formation measured approximately 100ft in length and is a field of mature wheat.
