Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order so that you know exactly what you can expect from our service.

We hope you enjoy our products. Here is some information about delivery times, postal rates and returns.

Delivery Costs: We have some great new software on our shop that allows us to accurately calculate shipping costs to your destination from our home in the UK. As you will see in your basket our new shop software calculates exactly the cost of sending our items using their height, width, depth and weight – plus the destination. So what you will be asked to pay is what it will cost (allowing always for a small margin of error). We very much hope that this will be a more precise and transparent way of charging shipping costs.

Delivery Times: Firstly, please bear in mind we are a two-person team. We process, pack and ship all orders ourselves. We have no offices or staff! So please be patient when dealing with us. The summer months of July and August can be very busy for us as we are recording the crop circles regularly during these months, so anticipate that orders may take a little longer this time of year. Christmas time is also a busy time (as it is for many other mail order services). If you need an item as a gift, please order well in advance, and you can contact us to let us know if you need an item quickly – if we can help we will.

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as we can (1-2 weeks), but please allow 28 days for delivery worldwide. Items can sometimes be unduly delayed at customs, when this happens it can take up to 6 weeks for your package to be delivered. All items sent inside the UK are sent Royal Mail Second Class and outside the UK orders are sent Royal Mail International Standard service.

When placing your order: Please take extra care when filling out your details to send to us. We need your full postal address, including your post/zip code to make sure your item gets to you. We can take no responsibility for items that cannot be delivered because of an insufficient or incorrect address supplied to us. You will be asked to repay the postage before any item returned to us for these reasons can be resent. You will also be asked to repay the postage if an item is returned to us for non-collection from a post office, or because you were not there to receive the delivery.

Returns Policy: We regret that we can only accept returns on the basis that your goods have arrived damaged or are faulty. If your item does arrive damaged or is faulty please contact us with your order details and we will be pleased to send you a replacement.

Payment: All our payments are processed securely using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service, we also accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure PayPal system. With our new faster checkout system it couldn’t be easier. Anyone with any queries about our shop please contact us – we’ll be happy to help if we can!

Discount Offers: Our offers are only valid for the dates stated. We regret that we cannot include discounts/offers on any orders made outside the stated offer/discount dates.

Privacy Policy: Your details will not be sold to or shared with any other third parties.

VAT Registration Number: GB 133 5660 25 (all prices shown on our online shop are inclusive of VAT)
Should anyone need a vat receipt for VAT purposes they need to contact us to request one.
