When placing your order
Please take extra care when filling out your details to send to us. We need your full postal address, including your post/zip code to make sure your item gets to you. We take no responsibility for items that cannot be delivered because of an insufficient or incorrect address supplied to us. You will be asked to repay the postage before any item returned to us for these reasons can be resent. You will also be asked to repay the postage if an item is returned to us for non-collection from a post office, or because you were not there to receive the delivery.
Payment options: important notes
You can elect to pay for your order in three different ways 1. credit/debit card via our online payment system (Worldpay). 2. UK customers can pay via Cheque. 3. via PayPal. You will be asked to select your payment method when you reach the checkout part of the shop.
If paying using your credit/debit card please print and keep your order confirmation from Worldpay (our credit/card processing service), you will need it if you need to contact us about your order.
UK customers can place an order through the shop and elect to pay by cheque. We can only accept cheques in GBP drawn on a bank with a British bank. We regret we can no longer accept foreign currency cheques (including from the USA). Please note your order will not be processed until we have received your cheque. Details of how to make out your cheque and where to send it are detailed on our checkout page. Anyone with any queries about our shop please email us - we’ll be happy to help if we can!
Delivery Policy
We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, (1-2 weeks) but please allow 28 days for delivery. Items can sometimes be unduly delayed at customs. All items sent outside the UK are sent via airmail. If you are in a particular hurry for an item please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery Queries
If you have not received your order after 28 days please contact us quoting your Worldpay Transaction ID, the date you placed your order and details of the items ordered. We will need this information to trace your order.
Returns Policy
We regret that we can only accept returns on the basis that your goods have arrived damaged. If your item does arrive damaged please contact us with your order details and we will be pleased to send you a replacement.
Privacy Policy
Your details will not be sold to or shared with any other third parties. However, when you place an order with us we will enter you onto our mailing list from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
